About this apartment rental
The property is situated in Pointe d’Esny on the South East coast of the island. The garden leads directly onto the white sandy beach that stretches for 2km's, with magnificent views. Perfect for snorkel lovers and a nice spot for kitesurfers & windsurfers from June to September. The studio is situated on the top floor of the owner's residence and has magnificent views of the lagoon. It is air-conditioned with a queen size bed & en-suite bathroom and fully equipped open kitchen. There is a private balcony overlooking the sea & a back terrace.
Services free of charge:
a) Cleaning service every day EXCEPT for Sundays & public holidays.
b) All linen is provided.
c) Free WIFI available.
d) Two Kayaks available for usage by our guests
Services available at an extra cost:
a) Laundry service
b) Upon client's request and the availability of our cook, meals can be ordered from our set menu. A 24 hrs notice is required.
NOTE:
a) Bed sheets, towels and beach towels are renewed twice a week.
b) We accept children as from 13 years old.
c) We do have a dog on the property.

We traveld recently to Mauritius, and we planned to stay every week to a different place on Mauritius. We came at this place and my wife and I loved the appartement, everything was really clean, luxes and thoughtful organised. Nothing was forgotten, they thought on everything. So we decided to stay for 2 weeks more. Besides the view on the see from your balcony what is really breathtaking you can watch the Coral really aussum to snorkel its really beautiful. I Like kitesurfing a lot and its possible by high tide to launch your kite at the hotel one beach to the left of the house Jardin de Coral. You can walk a little bit further into the see, without walking on the coral. You can kite there but there is also a kite beach 5 or 10 minutes walk or by car. Its deeper there and easier to kite. Dennis the house owner was verry helpful with information or giving tips of what to see. Ingrid and Dennis have a beautiful house, and garden, verry excusiv and super relax and quit. Deffenetly a must if you like peace, relax and good vibes. Hans and Berrin

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen Ingrid erklärte alles sehr gut. Es standen Getränke und Obst zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Bett gemütlich, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Es gibt eine sehr große Dusche, sogar ein kleiner Patio zum Trocknen der Wäsche ist vorhanden.
Das Beste ist der Balkon mit dem Blick zum Meer- daran werden wir uns immer erinnern. Ein 2. Terasse am Eingang des Appartements ist sehr nützlich bei Regen, der von der See kommt.
Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet, man hat viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu erholen- Liegen und Stühle sind überall vorhanden. Unmittelbar schließt sich der Strand an. Wenige Schritte und man ist inmitten der Korallen, die Natur ist überwältigend.
In jedem Fall der beste Platz auf Mauritius.
