Villa Regina is a lovely and quiet villa, located at the edge of the charming village Agia Efimia. The village centre with its all amenities is within easy walking distance (5-10 min) from the Villa and offers all you may need during your holidays: little beaches, idyllic coves with crystal clear waters, shops, friendly restaurants, fantastic bakeries, butchers with local fresh products, boat rental, a diving school. A car rental is recommended for exploring the island but not really necessary to spend here peaceful and relaxed holidays.
The Villa has been completed in 2014 and offers high quality, modern accommodation. It is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms plus living-room), beautifully furnished and well appointed with fittings of the latest and modern standard. A private pool, private, shaded terraces and a shaded BBQ-dining area invite you to spend a lazy and warm day outside. Everything was perfect . The fridge was stocked with all the essentials when we arrived . We were greeted by the owner who was very helpful . The villa was of a high standard and the outside area was perfect . We inherited a local cat during our stay who we named Athena. Village was two minutes walk and was a wonderful place with everything you need for a perfect holiday . We will definitely be back .

We had the most wonderful 10 days at Villa Regina. The property is in great condition, has everything you need and the owner, Eleni left some lovely touches at the start, in the middle and at the end of our trip. Her husband cleans the pool every day around 7am and 7pm and you get a thorough clean in the middle of your stay.The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbour of Agia Effimia where there are 3 supermarkets, a deli, bakery, a few general stores and lots of restaurants and cafes. What I loved most was how greek it felt. Yes, there were lots of tourists but it felt like lots of greek people lived there too which I loved.I highly recommend the property and really hope to be back next year.

The villa was amazingly clean when we arrived and our host was waiting for us to explain everything l. We had a amazing time and it really is a quick walk to the harbour which has a relaxed feeling. Everyone enjoyed themselves including our demanding teenagers. Thank you.

The villa is much nearer the lovely harbour than we expected. It has everything you could wish for and is kept clean by Eleni and her team.Small presents were warmly received by us. No negatives at all.
