Situated on the first floor of a small, quality development that has excellent facilities, such as the heated communal pool, jacuzzi, steam room and a large outdoor pool surrounded by decked areas for sun-bathing.
The apartment also has a lovely big balcony that gets the sun nearly all day long if you want a private area to sun-bathe or to enjoy and al fresco lunch or dinner. The apartment is equipped to make your stay an enjoyable one a number of channels available on the large flat-screen TV, plus free WI-FI, books to read, plus a dishwasher, microwave, etc. in the kitchen.
Whether you are looking for a beach holiday, or to sample Lagos' legendry nightlife, or to admire the local historical sites around Lagos, our apartment is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all amenities, yet it's situated in a quiet street where you can unwind in peace!

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Gets sun til about 3. Great little touches such as providing washing machine and dishwasher tablets. Communication was really good. Pool area great and had it to ourselves virtually all week. Close to beach only issue with location was nearest shop or supermarket was Pingo Doce, about 10 minute walk away.

We have stayed in this property before and it is perfect for our requirements in terms of the facilities and location. However for at least six or seven of the 15 days we were in the property building works were going on down below as which were very noisy . We understand Vrbo were not notified about these building works taking place but nonetheless it should’ve been ensured that communications took place between the management company of the property and Vrbo so that we could be informed of the position before our trip. Had we known about the works we would not of stayed in the property because of the extent which we were disturbed by the noise. Other than the building works we have no complaints at all about the property all the handling of the trip by Vrbo’s agent.

Just home from this wonderful apartment. Excellent communication from the rental company. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a home from home holiday. Place was spotless. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely big terrace. Very clean. Big thank you to Georgie for accommodating our earlier check in time. Perfect location, perfect pool. Only a short walk to the marina then another short walk to main town. Lagos itself is very pretty with gorgeous beaches. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.
