Location near the city center, very friendly staff, quiet and safe surroundings, good bed and clean room, value for money, good wifi in the room and dining area
The breakfast was not bad but very monotonous, the curtain on the window facing the lobby was too thin and we were bothered by the light in the hallway

Great location, very walkable. The staff was nice and polite, they accommodated all our requests. You don't hear any noise from the streets. The breakfast was tasty, overall good value for money.
The downside was that our room had a window towards the hallway and every time someone passes the light goes on. For a light sleeper it means it wakes you up. Also, the room noise isolation is not the best, so if you are unlucky with your neighbors you hear the noise they make.

The people were amazingly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent, just a short walk into Plaza De Armas. Good value for money.

The beds were really comfortable. And breakfast was good. Naty and her husband were very kind with us. On the contrary, the girl seemed not very happy trying to help us.
We were never able to take a warm shower. There was a kind of a window at the roof, where neighbours could see us. It was not so much space for us in the room.
