About this house rental
The campaign in Paris! Beautiful house of 250 m2 with swimming pool, garden and two terraces located near the Seine in a quiet street. Close to shops and transport (metro-tram-train-bus), 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre 20 minutes, Versailles 20 minutes. Ideal to rest after a day of visit! We have 2 very cats.
Our neighbors are very friendly. As for the shops, it is very close to our house. Several parks are nearby, including one along the Seine. The banks of the Seine have also been refurbished.
Here is the description of the house:
Ground floor: 110m2 kitchen / dining room / living room / TV room / bathroom
The living room is equipped with a fireplace and two sofas. Next door, a TV room with a big screen, a double bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). WC and bathroom on the ground floor.
Enclosed garden with swimming pool (5X2, 20) and furnished terrace - deckchairs, hammock.
1st floor: 1 bedroom of 30 m2 with bed of 180 cm, 1 WC - 1 bathroom with shower and bath, a dressing.
2nd floor: two bedrooms of 25 m2 with double bed, a small room with a small bed, a bathroom, a toilet
In the basement, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Access of travelers
The house is rented entirely. We can lend a bike and a scooter.
We ask everyone to take care of our house as if you were at home.
