-Excellent location in a convenient area.
-Very friendly and welcoming hosts.
-The apartment was clean and comfortable.
-Great value for money.
-I would definitely recommend it!
-The soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear the water running from the neighboring apartment, which was quite disturbing.
-It would also be a good idea to replace the air conditioners, as they are quite old and a bit noisy

Kinda outdated and old furnishings, bathroom & toiletwares. A bit overpriced for the quality provided.

They apparently have two properties: one in the location specified in Booking, another one 400 m away. We were placed in the latter without prior warning.
There was NOT PRIVATE PARKING in this location (it is placed 400 m away). This seemed to be a new property, still with some dust and really bad smell of stalled water that lasted our entire stay.
It looked like they rushed the opening of this lot of apartments, and plenty of details that needed polishing (lots of appliances were half hanging -lamps, bathroom appliances).
It was not what we expected, and I would not recommend staying here.
