About this apartment rental
The apartment is a duplex, with elevator to the floor from the street and the garage.
It has the following distribution:
On the lower floor: living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and another bedroom with two beds and wardrobe, bathroom including hair dryer, terrace of 10 m2 with table and chairs.
On the upper floor: bedroom with two beds and closet, bathroom with shower and solarium of 40 m2, with porch, barbecue, table, chairs and three sun loungers.
On the floor of the covered garage has a parking space next to the elevator.
The apartment is fully furnished with bed linen and bathrooms.
The kitchen, very equipped, has a kitchen with an oven, a fume extractor, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, an express pot, an iron and a vacuum cleaner.
The living room with reading books, TV, DVD player and radio tuner.
Both from the lounge terrace and from the solarium you can see the sea.
The apartment is rented for a maximum of six people, there are no beds in the living room.
For the difficult to clean between rentals we do not accept long-haired dogs.
The urbanization is private and closed, has a large garden with lawn and trees, a children's pool and an adult pool with lifeguards usable from June 15 to September 15, area with games for children, two paddle courts, access door to the beach with shower and access door to two adjacent restaurants.
Outside the urbanization there is a small supermarket.
On the beach several cozy "beach bars"
And in the vicinity numerous restaurants and cocktail bars.

El apartamento es muy bonito y funcional, y está muy bien cuidado. La terraza es excepcional. Carlos, su dueño, muy amable y preocupado porque tuviéramos una buena estancia. Entorno tranquilo y playa próxima. Las piscinas muy bien. Todo resultó de 10. Muchas gracias.

Estuvimos dos semanas y el apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita, está cuidado y estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos de la playa. Carlos muy atento, sólo echamos de menos un store en la terraza del salón que olvidamos comentártelo y estaría bien, sobre todo por la mañana. Esperamos poder volver en más ocasiones.

La descripción del alojamiento se adapta muy bien a la realidad y el propietario nos ha facilitado todo lo que le hemos solicitado con mucha amabilidad. Todo muy bien , limpieza, equipación y la ubicación.
