Dar Alva is a pretty 200m² villa, very recent, in dry stone. It is ideally located in the heart of the Moroccan countryside, 15 minutes from Essaouira, 15 minutes from Sidi Kaouki beach, 10 minutes from the airport. Quiet in the countryside, after only 600 m of very passable track, the house combines in its decoration and materials the charm and authenticity of Morocco (tadelakt, bejmate, zellige, dry stone) and modernity, with all the comforts high-end: heated swimming pool, air conditioning in all rooms, bathrooms and individual WCs for each of the 4 bedrooms, wifi internet access (first recharge offered), satellite cable TV. Our services include the services of a gardener who also maintains the swimming pool, and a lady who provides daily cleaning as well as the preparation of breakfast (preparation of lunch and dinner at an additional cost).

In 10 to 15 min maximum, a multitude of activities are at your fingertips: from kitesurfing to quad or horseback rides on the beach, typical rural souks to walks on the ramparts or in the alleys of the old Mogador, the superb golf of Essaouira for 4x4 hikes in the middle of argan forests.
The house has a large living room with its table that can accommodate 8 people.
The ground floor is completed by a kitchen, a guest toilet and a first taupe bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms, two of which give access to a terrace with views of the swimming pool and the countryside.
The 9m x 5m swimming pool can be heated if necessary (additional charge). 6 individual deckchairs and 1 double deckchair, with very comfortable mattresses, will welcome you (towels provided), unless you prefer to sit in the lounge area of the pool house. A dining area for 8 people is also available.
