Panoramic view of Mt.Agung & the valley. Best Spa 👍 . Very good restaurant . Repetitive music every morning. Friendly & very helpful staff. Very peaceful- would come back again

The stairs - uneven & difficulty for seniors or those with mobility issues. Pool lounge are way too low No hand rails for getting out of pool & some stairs

We absolutely loved our stay at Patal Kikian Villa. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, offering breathtaking views that made our stay truly memorable. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We were also delighted to find a selection of delicious fresh fruit waiting for us in the room upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of tasty options to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Patal Kikian Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Pretty location even though it's in the middle of nowhere, nice staff

Way overpriced for what it offers. Basic accommodation for the price, very low standard. No proper windows or doors just shatters, stains on bedsheets, very uncomfortable bed (got back pain from it). Very noisy neighbours playing loud basy music all day and night. So much for peace and quiet...
