About this cottage rental
.- Two-storey rural house, located in an agricultural site, surrounded by old olive trees, on the outskirts of the town (1km.) By road. With covered parking, garden, outdoor pool and Wi-Fi internet connection.
.-The apartment that is rented is on the upper floor and consists of two double bedrooms, one with an interior bathroom, a living room with access to an outdoor terrace, kitchen and another bathroom. All rooms are fully equipped with furniture, sheets, towels, appliances and kitchenware.
.-The house is located in the mountain, north of Alicante, and south of Valencia well connected by the A-7 motorway with Valencia (100 km.) And Alicante (60 km.) About 40 km. from the coast, Benidorm, Altea, Denia, Gandia, by county roads.

Este Agosto, hemos pasado unas vacaciones inolvidables junto a Eduardo, familia y amigos. Nos trataron como parte de su familia y nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. La casa está situada en una zona privilegiada desde la que se tienen unas preciosas vistas de las montañas que la rodean. Está muy bien comunicada a medio camino por la autovía que une Valencia y Alicante (unos 40 min). Desde allí hay muchas visitas recomendables y caminos para hacer senderismo. También tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de las fiestas de Moros y Cristianos de Cocentaina que se celebran a mediados de Agosto.
La casa tiene mucho encanto y un toque rústico. Hay 2 amplias habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, 2 bonitos cuartos de baño, cocina totalmente equipada y un amplio salón comedor desde el que accedes a una terraza con preciosas vistas a la Mariola, Cocentaina y Alcoy.
En el exterior hay una zona compartida rodeada de olivos almendros y otros arboles frutales donde se encuentra la barbacoa, una bonita piscina con mesa y sillas donde disfrutamos de momentos muy divertidos. Sólo me queda darle las gracias a Eduardo y decir que seguro que volvermos a ir porque disfrutamos muchísimo. Un abrazo.
