Great location. Right on the beach and songtaew route. Great communication with owner. Responsive to issues.
One of the beds was not assembled properly - quickly addressed by owner. PlayStations didn't work. It doesn't really have a kitchen - one plug for a microwave, toaster and kettle. But these are minor issues - go to the beach and eat at the great local restaurants, look at the mountains!

Location
This is a very old property. The cleanliness is just acceptable, but there are mold spots and cobwebs in many areas. There are also a lot of mosquitoes around the resort, yet no mosquito repellent was provided.
If you need to contact the staff, you may have to wait until someone happens to walk past the house where you are staying, as there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to reach them.
The main positive points are that the resort is right by the beach and the area is peaceful and quiet. However, considering the price we paid, I think we could have stayed somewhere newer and more comfortable for roughly the same price.
