About this apartment rental
The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and two separate bathrooms with shower with a total of 4 beds (extra can be arranged on request) newly built and newly furnished in traditional Thai style with fitted kitchen, 78 m2 large, large balcony with sea view on the third floor.
The apartments are located directly on the beach and there is great importance that there are many pools in the area and the design of these. The pools will close at 23. Nearby there are several golf courses, the apartment is suitable for long stay with proximity to swimming and golf for those who want to live directly at the beach.
There is a washing machine in the apartment, gym in the area and housekeeping included 2 times a week. We do not want to smoke in the apartment and pets are not allowed in the area.
We can help with tips and bookings for car hire, discounted golf, airport transfers, some help with phone advice on any unexpected events, etc. This is usually in English. We also handle questions in Swedish, but with more time delay, the apartment is rented. out directly via agent. We can arrange a lady and the gentleman for golf to borrow if we know this in advance.
A beachfront restaurant is located right next to the beach and there is security and reception in the apartment complex. Minimum period 1 month depends on rental rules so short term rentals do not go.
The apartment is located by the beach 1.2 km walk behind the hotel Dusit Thani which has the Swedish Consulate in Hua Hinh.
