Very nice architecture and beautiful rooms.

The pool area is right next to a very loud street and the restaurant on the other side. In the pictures it looks like it's surrounded by nature, but it's not. The room service took an hour for two drinks and one dessert, which was cold when it was delivered.

A great find at the last minute! Loved the outdoor & eating areas! Food was delicious! Staff were excellent-friendly & very helpful! Unfortunately why it didn’t get a top rating, some of the amenities are needing repairs eg shower & bathroom door!

Broken door lock, shower was like a fountain which made bathroom flood, toilet seat kept moving from side to side, extra toilet rolls should be supplied-instead of contacting reception to get more

Breakfast was quite good and the room service was excellent. My parents (88 and 82 y.o) were happy with the food and the portion. The hospitality of the hotel staff was great.

Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel facilities went downhill compared with when we stayed in 2018. We booked three rooms (for me and my husband, our kids and my parents). In my parents' bathroom, the shower tap was not working and there was a leak from the washbasin. The aircon in our kids' bedroom was not working. The bedsheet, the pillowcase and the curtain in our bedroom were dirty as if they hadn't been changed before we checked-in. There was also bad smell coming out of the drain.
