About this villa rental
Mar Vista is located on a cliff with fantastic sea views of the Mediterranean and the Costa del Sol. A beautiful deck on the edge of the pool and property make you feel like you are on a ship at sea. The development of La Paloma is an exclusive estate and has 24 hour security. The 4 bedroom villa benefits from its own 8x4m private pool with a shallow end for the children. The villa is elegantly furnished, air conditioning/heat throughout, wireless Internet (broadband) access and satellite TV. 800m to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the marinas of Sotogrande and Duquesa which have a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. La Paloma is located 50 minutes from Malaga, 30 min from Marbella, 1 hour from Jerez. 2 hours from Seville and 2 hrs. from Granada (excellent skiing in the winter at the Sierra Nevada). For the golfers you are spoiled with Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque (2 courses), La Reserva and Almenera within a 10 minute drive.

Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again.

Improvement tips: New outdoor dining furniture
Good to know: No restaurant on walking distance. You can walk to the beach, but the way back is hard. If you walk to the beach, choose La Chullera. Nice cliffs and snorkling!

We have just returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at Mar Vista. The name says it all.
The villa has amazing views and as you would, we spent most of our time in the great pool and rear garden.
The villa is very well equipped comfortable and the property owner could not be more helpful.
We didn’t have a car but that’s our choice. Taxis work for us but only with the great help from the property manager, Jose Maria who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely rebook. Thank you Brendan and Jose Maria for an absolutely wonderful holiday. Kind regards. Dale & Famiky
