The hotel service was decent overall, but there were a few issues. The TV had very limited channels and required multiple requests to get activated. The room was medium-sized, with all the light switches placed on one side, which was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness needs improvement—the bedsheets and pillow covers had hair on them, and the western commode could have been cleaner. The shower also lacked a proper place to hang bath towels. Breakfast, however, was decent.
