Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso Hammamet

The location, beachfront with different pool options, food and drinks, breakfast. Convenient, friendly staff.

Overall good, but, Room supplies do not reach Radisson standards what we used to it, would have loved refill of wall drinking water every day automatically. It was not very quiet, and can’t tell where the noise was from.

The property was beautiful and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff by the pool and beach were attentive and friendly. The buffet was wonderful and had so many options. We got changed to a room with a corner sea view by the staff who took our luggage up - was such a lovely gesture! I only wish I could have stayed longer!!

The pillows could have been a bit more firm.

From the time we first entered the hotel everyone was very friendly. The lobby area and the front desk concierge staff were phenomenal! Especially our friend Iheb. We loved him. He allowed us to change our room from the Red Room to the preferred Blue room to make us more comfortable. The pool area was clean and again the staff were very friendly and the mojitos were great. Our room was big and spacious. The sea view was incredible. We also liked that the beach was just across from the pool. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. But would like to see some slight modifications here and there.

Toilet seat became loose, the bed mattress is beginning to dip, the aircon needs modernising. And the handle on the balcony door lock was abit difficult to manage. These were all minor issues and didn’t disrupt our trip. Although I would recommend looking into something to keep flies away from all the buffet food too

The whole property is dated and needs and upgrade. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and basic.

The property is dated and need remodeling in many different areas Indoors and Outdoors.
