Lovely night next to the legendary Mulsanne straight

The title gives it away somewhat... yes, I am a motorsport fan, and visiting this legendary circuit had always been a plan of mine. The hotel, situated right next to the track of the legendary 24h of Le Mans, is a really nice place to stay. My partner and myself enjoyed the experience plentifully. Whilst we had first not intended to eat in the restaurant, we did choose to do so and were not disappointed. Breakfast was really good as well, and the staff caring and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on a future occasion. PS: non-motorsport fans planning to stay here, but who may be concerned to choose this hotel due to its location next to the track: not to worry - the hotel is situated next to the TEMPORARY part of the Le Mans circuit (which only is used around 5 days per year). Our room was quiet and peaceful.

An excellent stay in a historic location.

Historic location on the Mulsanne straight yet very quiet! The pool was very welcome on a hot July day after a long drive.

A slightly less than welcoming feel from the young lady on reception but to be fair to her my humour isn’t to everybody’s taste…make that ‘to any bodies taste’! So her eye roll is nothing new to me!

When I booked via my phone, I did not see that the restaurant was closed at the weekend. It took us a very long time to find a restaurant in Le Mans to eat dinner as most were full and needed a reservation.
