Loved the villa, great location. Good communication from owners but unfortunately the key holder's English was about as good as my French which made it difficult to ask about aspects of the property. Apart from that minor criticism it was all good and would stay there again.

The property was comfortable, with everything we needed. The was plenty of room and our dog loved the garden. The area is quiet and there are good walks less than five minues away There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby and the sea is a short drive away. The property owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The weather was sometimes too hot for us, so the pool was a welcome relief. We drove to Saint-Rapheal to catch the train to Nice, and spent a day there. Good car parking at the station and very efficient train system. The beach at Saint-Maxime had many locations with restaurants/bars and lounging facilities, eg, beds and sun parasols, rented at reasonable prices We loved market day in Aups. Wonderful atmosphere, a genuine taste of Provence.

Had such a good vacation. House was fantastic. Pool is quite large and lovely bank of lavender planted outside patio area. Pharamacy, Bakery, Petit Casino 2 minutes away. Huge shopping center 10 minutes away. There are spectacular sites within an hour - Grasse, Saint Roseline, Nice, Cannes, Arle, Antibes, Saint Tropez. Would really recommend this house.

Maison et jardin correspondent bien à la présentation du site. De plus, rien ne manque à l'intérieur. Par contre, l'effet visuel de la piscine (vert foncé) n'est pas esthétique ! La chambre à coucher du rez et sa salle de bains mériteraient un sérieux rafraîchissement.

We had a relaxing week in autumn with two teenage girls. Due to the good weather we could still use the wonderful big and deep pool which was cleaned twice per week. The open kitchen was equipped with nearly everything and we enjoyed our lunch on the outside terrace in the sun and the dinners on the family table in the villa. The area was very calm and we made several trips to the coast (20 min by car) or in the nearby mountains (15 min). We can only recommend it!

Villa de charme et bien entretenue intérieur comme extérieur. Piscine vraiment chauffée (à 30° grâce à la pompe à chaleur). Très bon accueil. Petite précision, il faut un peu plus de 15 minutes pour aller à la mer mais on ne regrette pas (au choix plages ou petites criques)

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen, insbesondere für unsere kleinen Kinder war das Ferienhaus und der Pool optimal. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, hügelig und etwas weitläufig. Bis zum Strand in Fréjus waren wir durchschnittlich 30min unterwegs mit dem Auto. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist im Ort. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir keine Utensilien vermisst haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour, en particulier pour nos petits enfants, la maison et la piscine étaient optimales. L'endroit est très calme, vallonné et un peu spacieux. À la plage de Fréjus, nous étions en moyenne 30 minutes en voiture. Un petit supermarché est en place. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n'avons donc pas oublié d'ustensiles. The two of us - and our dog - had a most fantastic stay at this lovely house. Surrounded by trees we found ourselves in the middle of a garden of Eden. Sun, 28°C swimming pool, BBQ, terrace and inside all facilities you need to enjoy a worry-free holiday,... what more do you need? The house invites you to relax and live by the sun rather than by your watch. It fully charged our batteries and the only thing we regretted was that we didn't book a second week - but we will definitely come back a second time whenever we need to time-out and be happy (:

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante villa, tout est réuni pour se reposer dans un cadre très agréable, dans une région magnifique. La piscine est d'une taille idéale pour 2 familles. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec 3 belles chambres, et 2 salles de bains. Nous avons passé 3 semaines superbes avec nos enfants et nous songeons a y retourner l'été prochain. Merci encore PS: un nouveau frigo et un grand congélateur pour l'année prochaine et se serait top pour le rosé !!!! Thomas

Absolument pas déçu par la propriété. Tout était conforme à la description et même mieux. Villa très fonctionnelle il ne manque rien. Piscine et abords vraiment agréables. Quartier tranquille et proche de commerces. Séjour parfait idem pour l’accueil et la propreté.

Cette villa est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Elle est très fonctionnelle, agréable. Elle se situe dans un quartier paisible qui permet de se reposer à l'abri du bruit. La piscine est juste parfaite! Cette villa est très bien équipée et la personne qui gère sur place est vraiment disponible et très avenante! Très belle maison idéalement situé. Proche commerce et plage. La maison est tres bien. Tout les équipements sont là. La cuisine mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais en vacance on cuisine peut donc Ca va largement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de bonne qualité. Les extérieures sont agréables, grande terrasse, tres belle piscine (faudrait supprimer la douche du fond ou la réparer car elle fuit et donc Ca fait un peu d eau croupie). Vraiment une maison ideal pour une semaine au calme. Nicolas

Je ne peux que recommander cette location, villa au calme, piscine suffisamment grande, mais sous les arbres donc quelque déchet se déposent sur l’eau. Mais même au mois de de mai l’eau est agréable. Pour moi qui suis plutôt frileux. Grande terrasse exposé à l’ouest. Oui la cuisine est un peu ancienne, mais nous sommes en vacances. Elle est très bien situé pour visité les environs, St Tropez, Fréjus. Encore merci pour votre disponibilité

Dit was een supervakantie! Niets dan goeds te vermelden: mooi groot proper huis, alles erop en eraan, prachtig privé zwembad dus ontspanning verzekerd. Een aanrader! Enkel last gehad van zeer hardnekkige muggen: noch muggenspray uit België, noch spray daar ter plaatse gekocht, hielp, dus best een goede zalf meenemen om op de beten te smeren...
