Emplacement idéal, proche de nombreux départs de randonnées. Logement assez spacieux, bien équipé et personnel agréable.

L'hôtel mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement ... Idem pour la piscine qui n'est pas très "accueillante", espace assez sombre.

tres bon accueil de la personne responsable ..avec beaucoup d empathie et de compréhension..

Juste que la reception est souvent fermée.....Il faut simplement s'habituer !

The location is nice, not far from lyon and close to the good restaurants in Chambéry. The room was quiet so the sleeping was good

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the sheets were broken, we had to do the cleaning in the room even if we stayed only for one night. The check in is too late and the check out too early, so you don’t get to sleep enough, you don’t have accès to the sauna or the pool if you stay only for a night and get there after work.. the breakfast, there were not a lot of choices and the cutlery wasn’t clean. The staff was nice in the morning but for the arrival and the instructions they were a little bit harsh, late with the information and they were keep repeating that we have to leave before 10 o’clock exactly otherwise..
