Exceptional Hotel, beautifully situated on a scenic coastline, "Unforgetable".

Incredible location, excellent dining, and impressive accommodation. People like a great sleep on a great bed and this was exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel as a great place to have some quiet time.

Beautiful scenary

The view from the bedroom was absolutely stunning. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The breakfast for a coeliac was great. The staff were incredibly helpful. The bathroom in the room was huge with a seperate double shower, a bath, a seperated toilet with bidet and an enormous sink. Lovely personal items including earbuds, cotton pads, body lotion and conditioner. There's a good coffee machine in the room with complimentary water, coke and beer.

The room was very cold (a spell of bad weather) and there were no blankets in the room/ wardrobe. The heaters were turned off & the personal fan/aircon in the room only blew cold air even when the thermostat was turned up to 28c. I was surprised to not have any milk in the room when black coffee and tea were provided. Perhaps offering cafe con leche would be useful for those that like milk in their coffee. The TV turned itself on, twice, in the middle of the night. No idea why. It's located immediately next to a train line and from my room, you could hear the train rumble loudly every so often. Sometimes 30 mins, sometimes longer. Maybe the location of our room was closer to the line? Another guest constantly smoked on their balcony below us so we had to shut our room door because the smell was horrible. We only stayed for one night so these things were easy to ignore, however if we stayed for longer, we would have asked for blankets and possibly a different room (due to the train).

The room keys rarely worked. We had to go to the front desk at least 2-3 times a day. The front desk blamed it on being near a mobile phone but this was not the case. It was annoying.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Receptionists spoke good english. Cleanliness was great both the room and the other areas like the pool. Close to the beach.

Very limited menu in the restaurant, and the quality of the food was below average and expensive. Super slow service in the restaurant even with few guests.

Need more staff Expensive for drinks Breakfast excellent choice but bacon and beans on offer cold and for a 5 star it's not what one would expect Asked for two sunbeds for our apartment none available No iron facility only one iron available for whole property. Two small pools Though near to the beach again your paying 5 Starr 780 euro for 3 nights BB Request an early check in and was told by reception no as didn't book direct .. I used booking . Com and so they could not offer With friends who booked direct were given priority.. As we were staying for a wedding
