An extremely convenient place to stopover.

The staff were super helpful and reception is manned 24 hours which is helpful when travelling. A good breakfast and a pleasant Bar/lounge area.

Great place to stay for a stopover to / from Calais. Secure parking, comfortable bed, good breakfast

A great place to stay if you are wanting a short stopover to Calais. Easy to find with a secure car park. Although rooms are a little small the bed was very comfortable. Staff very nice - no problem when we asked for a couple of extra pillows. Breakfast was surprisingly good. We will stay here again when driving from Calais to South of France / Austria

Great clean hotel.

Overnight stay on way to tunnel. Very convenient just off the motorway. Staff are very friendly and rooms clean and practical. Buffalo grill opposite for food and supermarket and lots of other shops very close. Secured gated parking.

Keep it to yourself, this is a great choice hotel.

The decor of the hotel was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, parking secure and safe. Location was excellent as a stop over from the Alps to the channel tunnel. The staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered.

Perhaps better than average in the price category.

Clean, comfortable and yes, with a little bit of 'style', albeit some of the decoration is starting to fade a little bit. Overall the hotel perhaps feels a bit more cramped than I expected. The compulsory (paid for) breakfast was O.K. -- continental style. More choice of condiments would be nice. Located in a less overtly Industrial part of St Quentin (at least the impression at night). Good chinese buffet style restaurant (Asia Wok) just down the road.

Car parking spaces also a little cramped and difficult to manoeuvre.

Just 5 mins from the autoroute. 15 min walk to town centre. Suoermarkets and bakeries close by. Secure oarking. The room and bathroom were very clean.

We liked the quiet location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and the restaurant across the road.

For me, I'm sad to say the bedding and the pillows. Unfortunately, I just don't get on with hollowfibre bedding.

Ideal for a one night stay

Very helpful staff. Comfy room, very clean and good breakfast. Nice green open space around the hotel and there was a park environment nearby which was ideal for exercising our dog. Close to the motorway.

Great find for an overnight stopover from Calais

Breakfast was one of the best buffets at a one night stopover hotel I've ever had. Staff were super helpful and friendly, rooms were comfy and there's a buffalo grill almost opposite which was perfect for an easy dinner. Great location too not far off the motorway so all in all, if we come this way again I'll book again.

Stéphanie was absolutely lovely, a credit to the ibis team. The hotel was in a great location for us as a stop over on our way through France, easy to find, very clean, and bed was very comfortable.

Not so good

Parking in front of the door.

The lock on our hotel room door was broken. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told it would be fixed while we were out. However, when we returned, it was still broken. The receptionist came with us to check. We asked if she could have it repaired and/or offer compensation. She said she would get back to us, but she never did. Additionally, during breakfast there was barely any seating available, and the bread and toppings had run out. We had to wait for everything to be restocked. The room was also very noisy. We could hear loud laughter outside our room late into the night.

Disappointing night

Very nice hotel very well decorated most staff were great

When we arrived 6 of us had just done 600 km on bike in the hot weather. The nice lady on reception got us a beer about 4 pm and she went home the second beer was served by a male member of staff aprox 6.45 we went for a steak meal on our last night coming back from Croatia after we returned back to the Hotel at 7,55pm and asked the same male member of staff for 6 beer and he replied the bar is close due to there only being one member of staff this was while he was busy talking to his friends at another table this we could not believe we asked him several times and refused to serve us this was a very disappointing end to a two week tour down to Croatia. I spoke to a member of staff in the morning, and she replied the bar should have been open till 11.00 pm Very disappointing

Decent overnight stay, ideal for travelling across the continent

Served it's purpose - room was clean and comfortable, parking right outside with grassy areas for the dog. A decent shower and breakfast, so got the job done!

Room was a bit tight with no fridge. Night staff were not super welcoming and more interested in scrolling on their phone...
