Excelente relación calidad precio, me gusto que esta a solo 5 cuadras del centro y no hay olor a carbón en combustión cerca, por mejorar el area de la recepción

Muy cómodas las habitaciones, muy amable todas las personas que nos atendieron nos dieron bastantes facilidades.

El acceso a pie es un poco difícil, pero se puede hacer

Es un lugar amplio, habitaciones limpias, cuenta con parqueadero y cocina. Está un poquito retirado del centro o plaza del pueblo, si vas en vehículo no tendrás problema para desplazarte, si por el contrario estás mochileando o viajando en bus, puedes alojarte sin ningún problema ya que hay motocarros que tienen Un valor de $5mil y te puedes desplazar en ellos. Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor

It was quiet except that it could be because there were no other guests on our floor. The room opens onto a common enclosed area and if other guests are present it could be loud. The room was big enough. The staff seemed indifferent and we did not have much interaction with them. When we arrived it seemed like they were not expecting us although we had received a text earlier telling us that our room was ready.

The equipment in the shower should be upgraded. At first our shower did not even work. To get the shower to stay at a decent level with hot water was almost impossible. Guests should be aware that the property is located a considerable distance from the main area of the town. If you are walking you will be going uphill much of the way. The hotel does not offer breakfast and there are no restaurants nearby so for that as well you will either need to take a moto-taxi or walk. Colombia is one of the best places for coffee in the world. The hotel provided only instant coffee which needed to be heated in a microwave. This seemed ridiculous. The hotel could at least provide a coffee maker and some decent coffee. The main bed was so small that it was almost impossible for two people of normal size to sleep in it. That fact did not seem clear in the hotel's materials and photos.
