Its.very clean, cozy and minimalist. Good location and safe environment, i like the honesty store.

There is no washing machine and extra garbage bags. It should be provided especially for people who are stsying more thab 2 days.

I love the honesty store, appartment is nicely decorated and clean, calm. The host is accessible they reply to demands without hesitation. I stayed there 2 times already and il surzly come back next time

The aircon is noisy at night. It would be nice to add some conforter in the bed because it gets too cold at night and too hot if i decrease the aircon level.

It was comfortable, and the staff was very responsive.

The internet was unreliable. That is the reason for the 7. It was intermittent. And had to be reset several times by internet provider.

Near to Limketkai

The location is a flood prone, the unit is not fronting the pool and unavailability of free guest parking as stated in the booking.com itself. There was no free guest parking at all that's first come first serve. You need to pay separately the parking for Php300/day and it's near to the gate. Rain or shine you need to walk to the parking and drag all your stuff with you if any since the security will not allow you to park near the building even a quick one (take your luggages out as such). The building is old style. Not a soundproof, any guests from other units are noisy in the corridor. No garbage chute in the building floor (take your trash by yourself outside the building). The unit has a weird smell (kinda wet clothing left behind), we cleaned the floor by ourselves with zonrox to change the smell the least. We prefer to have more empty space for our luggages (the unit has two dining set inside).
