Świetna lokalizacja, winda w budynku, nieźle wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne łóżka 🙂
Pogorszona prywatność z uwagi na kształt budynku - widok z balkonu na inne mieszkania, głośny (ze względu na akustykę) plac zabaw. Mieszkanie zbyt małe na 6-osobową rodzinę, brak wieszaków na ścianach, jakiejkolwiek półki na buty. Jedyne okno w jednym z dwóch pokoi otwierało się na... balkon sąsiadów. Piszę to nie po to by marudzić, ale ku korekcie jakości.
