Nice clean modern appartment, very close to sandy beach. Selection of welcome drinks in the fridge for arrival and coffee pods which was a nice touch. Three spacious bedroom all ensuite. One flight of stairs to reach the appartment. All rooms with air-conditioning. Large balcony area also.

Could of been staples for the kitchen like salt, oil etc. Just a suggestion would of been great to have some items for the beach eg beach towel, chairs or maybe even an umbrella for people like us traveling from outside Italy.

The appartment Verde was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 9-day stay. The spacious rooms have access to balcony and to a small inside terrace. Our host, Ilaria, was very kind, flexible and prompt, we got all the information we needed for a smooth check-in/-out, and we were kindly welcomed with refreshments and wine. We appreciated the change of towels and the access to the washing machine and the safe parking spot. The appartment is very close to the beach, as well as to some cafes, bars and grocery shops (we really enjoyed the shop recommended by Ilaria, where we could buy delicious sandwiches prepared on the spot by our co-national Diana). Everything was perfect and we would return anytime.

A minor issue was that the water pressure is a bit low, but this is probably rather a general issue in the area, than of the structure.

Apartment was very clean and new with great air conditioning. The location was perfect for an easy walk to the beach. Ilaria was very sweet and easy to work with.

Wish there was better outdoor space. There was a balcony but not really any space to sit outside for coffee, etc. Will try to book the apartment with the terrace for next time!

Great flat, very close to the beach. Great host, very flexible on arrangements. Great Rooftop with a greater view I do recommend it if you need a base staying in the Salento. From here you can easily drive around and reach all the beautiful beaches of Salento.
