Cozy room with an amazing view over the mountains. Host was incredebly nice.

Cozy room with amazing view over the mountains. Parking, outdoor space with tables and chairs, hot water at the bathroom and a common kitchen with the essential appliances. Unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't working while we were there. Host is incredebly nice and, even if she doesn't speack english she was making eforts to ask us to all of our question. Located in a beautiful small village, about 40 minutes drive from Misurina, where you can take the bus to Cadini di Misurina and Tre Cime di Lavareto. Accesible to the parking for Lago di Sorapis. A car or motorcicle would be usefull.

Comfortable Stay

A comfortable place to stay, generally clean despite a few minor shortcomings. A big plus is the possibility of using the kitchen. A courtyard is available for guests, and there’s a beautiful view from the shared balconies. Close to a town where you can shop, go to restaurants, and spend some time. Good value for money. Overall, it was a very positive stay.

Dolomites perfect budget stay!

Location, very quiet and so clean! Amazingly nice people managing the property, a perfect little dog to salute and enough services and activities around to have a 2-3 night stay. We went hiking to Lago di Sorapis so it was excellent for us.

Fridge wasn't available after 8:30 PM, so if you arrived late you couldn't save any food for next day. If wanted some type of night life, this is not the town for it.

A clean hotel room in a beautiful landscape

Excellent staff, clean room and bathroom; the nights are cool, you don't need air conditioning and the hotel is situated in a nice mountain area. We would stay again. We had a balcony and the room was on the highest floor, with a nice view. We enjoyed the top view, but if you have mobility issues ask for a room on the lower floors, to avoid the stairs. In the room, you have a wardrobe, a small table and two chairs, nightstands and electric plugs on each bed side. The windows have shutters, to keep away the sunlight. In the former dining area, on the ground floor, you can use the tourist's fridge to store your water and some food, as they are not available to buy on site. There is a free parking area behind the hotel. The price of the room was also good, compared to the rest of the accommodations in the area. There is a green patio with chairs and tables in front of the hotel. We hope to come again next year.😊

The room is rather small, but it is ok for two people, if you don't have a lot of luggage or stay too long. Just a suggestion, if you don't mind: a small coffee machine, kettle or tea boiler in the room would be great, if possible 🙏🏻

Decent place as a gateway for your Dolomites adventure.

Very clean rooms, plenty of towels, staff and owners were friendly and kept the place tidy. Good price for the location (close to hiking trails and national parks) and great view.

Likely due to the age of the place there weren’t enough outlets, so if you need to charge multiple things maybe consider bringing a power strip. Late check-in was easy, but the information how to was only provided in Italian despite pointing out that we didn’t speak the language. Not a problem with the help of google lense. The biggest downfall was possibly the fact that the common room got locked after 8pm which meant no access to our food in the fridge and no possibly to cook a dinner in the kitchen area or even put our ice packs back in the freezer after coming back from a hike. There are restaurants within walking distance which I’m sure are open late, though. If you’re a bit flexible, this is a good, cheaper alternative for your Dolomites visit.

We felt very much like at home, welcomed and cared after

Very nice owner, caring! We booked last minute and were very late on arrival (around 9pm). She waited for us until we arrived and welcomed us. The room was simple but clean with a nice view. Shared bathroom was clean as well, we actually didn’t have to wait to have a shower or so. We brought out breakfast and ate it in the garden, which is amazing :). The owner is very attentive and friendly. We had small langue barrier but nothing that translator (or owners daughter couldn’t fix). Whole house felt very traditional. Definitely would come again :)

I would welcome option for breakfast in house. But that’s just suggestion

The bunk bed in the quadruple room is awful, it wiggled every time I turned and it felt like it could collapse under me (75 kilos). It could've been ok for the children, but the room was described as suitable for 4 adults. At the same time, the double bed was good.

Best View for Budget Travelers.

This location was perfect with the most amazing views for the price. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating, highly recommend staying here for budget travelers. The place was clean, easy parking, and accessibility to other towns. We did drive, so we didn't use public transportation but were easier able to get around different towns in the area.

I do wish there was a breakfast option but that's okay, they had great recommendations.

The best regional stop we can have!

For one night as roadtrippers like us it is very perfect! Equipment is quite old and at this time of the year the room was very cold but we asked for a small individual heater which make its purpose until we slept :) Owners are very nice and recommended us a wonderful place to eat (very local, great mood, awesome food). It’s one a of the best value for price of the region to my opinion. I recommend !

The WiFi was working only on the ground floor. The whole building is very old and could use a renovation, the staircase makes a lot of noise. Breakfast was very simple and consisting only of sweet options, but sufficient. The coffee was great.

Nice breakfast, very clean, spectacular view, perfect hosts, all the basics for a comfortable stay covered. Better than any of the two stars hotels in Italy we've stayed at.

Missing wi-fi, the noise from the road in the front was a bit much at peak hours, some renovations much needed.

What a great find!

I’ve done over 2000km motorbiking trip for charity. and I’ve stayed in 8 different hotels. and this is by far one of my favourite ones! I would definitely stay again and couldn’t wait to leave review! I’m actually doing it before I even ride of to Austria! lovely views and love the retro style. it’s genuine retro not modern version of retro.

Very good

Location is great with very nice view from the room. The hotel, room with bathroom (small but OK) was clean and well maintained. Nice garden. Value for money. It is important to agree on the time of arrival when you are coming late in the evening. (Sorry for our late arrival)

Parking is around 50-100m from the hotel. There were little language difficulties (no English or German). Breakfast was very simple and basic, but sufficient. Wifi with problems.

Old property charging more than it’s worth.

it’s in the Dolomites

No pathway to entrance. No en-suite bathrooms. No restaurants or bars within 2.8km. we had to walk, uphill on the way back! Prepackaged breakfast ie. Nothing fresh, not even the bread.

Place to go if you need a place to stay for a very reasonable price for the area

It was a rainy day and we were able to check in early which was nice. Room was very clean and we had a room with balcony and mountain view. The price for a stay is very reasonable comparing to other places in the area. Small breakfast with coffee and some sweets included.

Little noisy from the street. Breakfast was ok but would be nice to have some savoury options too.

Friendly staff. Alessandro was approachable, always helpful with any special request. We had a great time in his cozy and tidy albergue. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast met our expectations.

It was clean and the owners nice people

Very cold in the room. We barely could sleep as in the mountains in the end of september at night is so cold inside. No heaters at all in the room! Old hotel, horrible windows. Breakfast was so poor. It's more like an attention than a breakfast.

The place is clean, good location for the area. Private Parking available right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, (coffee, tea, pastry, yoghurt, juice, marmelades, biscuits). Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Great value for the money.

Older facilities, squicky stairs and doors could be better to reduce the noise.
