It’s all about the location & balcony. Amazing view & location across from the beach. It’s located in a special car restricted zone which makes in quiet & relaxed. Be sure to book car space ahead if your travelling by car.
The room was comfortable, but tired & needs updating. Basic kitchen & equipment nothing special.

Traumhafter Balkon mit Blick auf Strand und Meer, helles Appartement (Nr.5), gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten. Kleine Bar im Haus, sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles perfekt
Wasserkocher war defekt und kein Geschirr Handtuch, aber bei der Aussicht egal....
