• Entertainment: 3 flatscreen TVs with Smart features (guests must use their own streaming accounts), free Wi-Fi & high-speed internet.
• Convenience: Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and 1 hair dryer.
• Limited Starter Supplies: Trash liners, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets & disinfecting wipes.
• BBQ Gas Grill: Propane tank and BBQ tools provided for outdoor cooking.

~IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Absolutely no parties or disruptive events, please. For any unauthorized parties, the fine shall be $1000 and potential eviction. If you are hosting a small gathering or a birthday party, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss to see if it's a good fit.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (per county regulations)
• Smoke-free property (indoor smoking penalty: $500).
• House Rules are located in the Rental Agreement.
• To ensure a safe environment for guests and neighbors, the property includes NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices in common areas and outside decks; as well as exterior security cameras on the front and side exterior wall facing the driveway/front door and on the back exterior walls facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. These devices do not have a view into any interior private spaces.

~ADDITIONAL VISITORS:
• Visitors or extra guests (for stays under 30 nights) are only permitted if pre-approved and added to the reservation's total guest count. All guests—including children and any approved visitors—must be included in the reservation guest count at booking or added prior to check-in. Total occupancy—including visitors—cannot exceed 12 individuals.
*Limited visitor exceptions above the maximum occupancy may be requested and, if approved, are subject to a fee:
• For stays up to 3 nights: $60 per visitor.
• For stays of 4+ nights: $100 per visitor.
Fees will be requested through Vrbo and must be paid before check-in, and full names of approved visitors are required.
Please note that sleeping arrangements, beds, bedding, towels, and other amenities remain limited to the property’s maximum occupancy.
Violations of these most critical house rules will result in immediate removal, reservation cancellation without refund or remaining nights, and a $1000 violation fee.
• Visitors for long-term stays (30+) nights are allowed unless they reach a large gathering of 20+ people, which would need to be requested in writing prior and only allowed with approval.

~PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted for reservations under 30 nights. For stays of 30 nights or longer, pets may be considered with prior written approval, pet verifications and pet fee. Please contact us in advance so we can review requirements and provide approval. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal, reservation cancellation without refund or remaining nights, and a $1000 violation fee.

~POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS: The private hot tub is available year-round.
The private outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is only open seasonally from May to September. *2026 Pool Season: May 1st (pool access is limited to these dates).

~ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• The two fireplaces (main level living room & faily room) are decorative and not usable.
• The jacuzzi jets in the master bathroom tub are not functional.

~RATES: This property requires a 30-night minimum stay. Weekly and monthly discounted rates are automatically applied at booking. We do not offer additional or special discounts, including military discounts.

Spacious home with comfortable beds. House needs some TLC with minor tasks inside and more outside.

The location was great, very close to the airport. The house was big and we had enough space for all 16 guests. My only complaint is the cleanliness. It was not clean upon arrival and we had to do lots of self cleaning. Which is only a big deal because how much they emphasize cleaning behind yourselves or you will be fined. Also beware of bugs
