Hotel was very close to the railway station, hotel staff were very cooperative.
One day I had issue with hot water but latter on they resolved the issues.

This is the first hotel I am staying that which has charged 2800/night and still did not have a 24 hour supply of hot water , despite it being winters. I was shocked to hear that the hot water supply is restricted to early morning hours, maximum of upto 10 am, after which one can get access to one bucket of water if you persist with the staff. It is completely not acceptable that a hotel claiming themselves to be three star could not offer this basic service.
They could also keep a kettle with few mugs with sachets of coffee/sugar/ tea/milk powder in a room considering the price that is being charged. Disappointed with the stay.
