About this apartment rental
Panoramic, bright and comfortable 120 square meter apartment finished renovating in March 2016, located on the fourth and last floor of a building with lift in a quiet area, 10 minutes (REAL) on foot from the Poetto beach. It can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The double living room has a large and elegant sofa and the kitchen, in a very spacious and bright independent environment, is fully equipped for various needs. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offer 2 single beds which can also be pushed together. There are two more bathrooms with shower and services for a total of THREE full bathrooms. A veranda allows pleasant evening aperitifs and dinners in the open air, while a second more sheltered veranda has a panoramic view. For the summer period (from June to September) the apartment is equipped with air conditioning refrigerant in the living area and in each single bedroom, with latest generation silent splits, while for the winter period (from November to March) the apartment benefits from central heating.
Washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, Smart TV, DVD, Internet and Wifi 24/7, books and games in addition to the traditional equipment.
In a few minutes (REAL) on foot you can reach Bus stops to the city center or to the various beach stops, various bars, jazz-clubs, disco, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, newsagents, minimarkets and supermarkets, banks, post office, park with bike rental and many squares closed to traffic.
Ample parking throughout the area.
Animals are not allowed.
No smoking.

A clean and spacious apartment in a quiet residential area, a short bus ride away from the centre of Cagliari. Poetto beach a short walk and there are cafes, shops and parks nearby. Alberto the host is extremely prompt and very helpful - he arranged for a taxi to drop and pick us up from the airport, suggested things to do, restaurants to visit and also very kindly rescued us when we were lost wandering around very similar appartment blocks. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

What a wonderful wonderful time. The apartment is located close to everything. Very comfortable and quiet. The owners, Alberto and Sylvia, are amazing. Such wonderful caring and helpful people. We wanted to tour the inside of the Castello but because my husband has difficulty walking they put us in touch with Claudio who drives a TukTuk and we were able to have a marvelous private tour of not only the Castello but other parts of the city that we would not have been able to do on our own. The apartment is very comfortable and the neighbors, and neighborhood, fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. We would recommend this lovely place to everyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Cagliari. We are hoping to return again next year. Thank you again Alberto and Sylvia, you both are marvelous.

Very large spacious apartment in an upscale neighborhood…close to Poetto beach & a multitude of beaches both north & southwest of the apartment…also close is the historic center with numerous restaurants & lot’s of restaurants along the beach front…great central location to enjoy both areas in a quiet neighborhood…the apartment was very clean & great for a family…Alberto couldn’t have been more welcoming with excellent recommendations on local restaurants & things to do
