Świnoujście is lovely, and we sure want to come back.

Comfortable,Generous, clean appartement with everything you need, and more, even luxurious.Close to the less crowded part of the beach. Nice, calm neighbourhood.

Our written requestes in advance were ignored. Arriving without car, its a challenge to take the key from the office, and bring it there on the day of departure. It´s not very close to the appartement.

Das Apartmenthaus verfügt über mehrere verschieden große Wohnungen, wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage der Unterkunft befindet sich etwas abseits vom großen Trubel, es ist eine schöne ruhige Gegend von Swinemünde. Der Strand & der "Trimm-Dich-Pfad" sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alle Bereiche die man sich als Tourist ansehen möchte können bequem fußläufig erreicht werden.

Die beiden kleinen Heizkörper (einer im Wohnbereich & der andere im Bad) reichen zu dieser Jahreszeit / Außentemperatur bei weitem nicht für eine Wohlfühltemperatur aus.

Betten sollten komfortabler und bequemer sein. Putzfrauen sollten bei einer angeblichen Reklamation wegen einem Fleck den Eigentümer der Wohnung anrufen sondern die Mitarbeiter von Appartementy Swinoujcie.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr sauber,vor Allem auch das Bad,Dusche ,Toilette usw.keine Kalkränder oder Schwarzschimmel. Die gesamte Einrichtung funktional,auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Der deutsche Fernsehempfang war nicht so sehr gut aber ausreichend.

Gute Lage, schöner kleiner Spielplatz aber hier ist das Reinigungspersonal sehr unfreundlich und man wird nicht wie vorh

Uns hat die Lage und das der Parkplatz im Preis mit drin war gefallen. Toll ist für die Kinder der kleine Spielplatz.

Wir hatten angegeben das wir früher anreisen und wurden erst Punkt 16uhr ins Zimmer gelassen. Vor uns wurden Familien schon 15uhr und noch früher reingelassen. Mein Kind (3jahre) musste dann zur Toilette und die reinigungskräfte sind hier so unfreundlich saßen als wir 15 Uhr dann rein wollten bei uns im Zimmer aufm Balkon statt sauber zu machen das wir rein können und wollten sie nicht zur Toilette gehen lassen.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt außer an Salz und Pfeffer vllt falls man doch mal kochen möchte Und vllt mal zwei Rollen Klopapier mehr wenn man zu dritt ist

Das Klo war nicht ordentlich gereinigt

Gdyby nie te dokuczliwości przede wszystkim w nocy w apartamencie, to pobyt w Świnoujściu był udany.

Bardzo głośna łazienka, zakłócająca ciszę nocną. Do tego akustyka podłogi Stary budynek, słyszalność męcząca sąsiadów. Było ciężko.

Przyjemny pobyt nad morzem

Niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój. Blisko wszystkiego. Tylko czajnik nie działał, ale został następnego dnia wymieniony. Ekspres był przelewowy i kilka torebek do użycia, dużo naczyń, płyn do zmywania i mydło do mycia rąk, ręcznik kuchenny, mikrofala. I wszystko ok. Na tej samej ulicy Konopnickiej, można wypożyczyć rowery.

Trzeba wchodzić po stromych schodach, nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale może komuś. Na parkingu za villami, tzn. na podwórku było ciasno, miejsca do parkowania w ogóle nie zarysowane, tylko literki p i parkowanie na czuja, też w sumie nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo się wszystko udało :) ale jest ciasno i drzewa rosną na środku podwórka. Wyjazd zaplanowaliśmy pod otwarte biuro, czyli na 8.00 rano, tak żeby zobaczyć się z "człowiekiem", zdać wszystko i ruszyć w drogę, ale o 8.00 nikogo nie było w biurze. Dopiero telefonicznie - drugi nr telefonu ktoś odebrał i poinformował, gdzie zostawić klucze, jak bym wiedziała, że tak wyjdzie, wyjechalibyśmy wcześniej... i po prostu dowiedzieli się gdzie zostawić te klucze i pilota w każdej chwili w skrzynce....

Niezapomniany długi weekend z rodziną 🤩

Świetna lokalizacja: blisko promenady, do plaży 4 minuty. Wokół dużo drzew, co biorąc pod uwagę zabetonowane polskie miasta wręcz mnie zachwyciło. Cicha okolica, kilka metrów w lewo wypożyczalnia rowerów. Apartament czysty, w pełni wyposażony- w każdy drobiazg, począwszy od soli w solniczce,a skoczywszy na ręcznikach, mydle, papierze toaletowym, suszarce na pranie. Pościel świeża, pachnąca. Na balkonie stolik z krzesłami, gdzie można wypić kawkę. Koło budynku mini plac zabaw z trampoliną, stół z krzesłami i grill - co, mając dziecko, było dodatkowym plusem, a nie było o tym informacji w ofercie. Obiekt zadbany, codziennie pan zamiatał, grabił liście. Pracownicy firmy zarządzającej apartamentem bardzo mili i pomocni.

Wszystko było bez zarzutów. Jedynie mieliśmy mały problem z bramą wjazdową do posesji, której otwarcie zajęło kilka minut (raz otwierała się jedna strona, raz wcale).

Sehr gut gelegen. Zu Ostsee 5 gehe Minuten. Eine schöne Villa. Mit Parkplätze.

Das Schlafzimmerbett mit 1,4 x 2,0 Meter sehr klein. Die Tür Schlüssel haben geklemmt.

Super Lage - Zocker Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Villa ist PERFKT!!! Das Haus liegt in 2. Reihe zur Promenade, total ruhig und in wenigen Schritten ist man im "Geschehen". Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber!! Dir Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa ist do breit, da hätten 2 Personrn drauf übernachten können.

Die Villa ist sehr hellhörig und die Familie über ins nachtaktiv. Das war aber eher rin Einzelschicksal denke ich.
