Exceptional

The check-in was smoothly done in their main offices at Blue Dream Palace. Just 1,5 km before the villa on the same road. All very profesional and done in less than 5 minutes. I received all the informations needed for my stay. The room was more spacious than I expected, modern and clean. Situated not far from the sea yet in the nice area, near the road. I found all the things needed for my stay in the apartment and everything was in good condition. Bed was comfortable and we also enjoyed some sunny hours per day next to the pool and in patio area. All in all lovely stay and I can only recommend

Disappointed

Very good location (a couple of minutes from Limenaria and Potos). Modern design, architecture and furniture.

By the time we arrived the floor was dirty (dead insects on the floor), the shower had salt on the glass and the mirrors were dirty. The air-conditioning was dripping on the balcony floor not allowing us to sheet outside. The shower wasn't well insulated, thus the water flowed all over our bedroom. After our complaints about housekeeping, the staff didn't apologize and fairly tried to clean our studio the second day of our stay, leaving all the dishes dirty and the shower glass dirty too.

Real feedback , but overall great!!!

The key card must be picked up at the main hotel, which is located 2 km from the villa. The villa is small. Our flat had 1 room and a kitchen with a sofa. The room was filled with everything you need: a TV, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, a kettle, an electric hob, a sandwich maker, various dishes. The bathroom also had everything you need and for some reason only 1 bathrobe for two adults😄 and 5 hangers! There are no wardrobes where you can put things... There is no microwave, you have to heat something for yourself or a child in a saucepan(( The sea is 150 meters from the villa, the beach is large, several cafes on the beach. The entrance to the sea has stones. The water in the pool is very cold. We went to the main hotel twice to the beach and pool, but we had to pay extra for the water park and sunbeds by the pool... Ключ картку треба забрати в головному готелі , який знаходиться в 2х км від вілли. Вілла невеличка . Наш номер мав 1 кімнату і кухню, на якій був диван. Номер був наповнений всім необхідним: телевізор, кавоварка, фен, чайник, плитка електрична, сендвічниця, посуд різний. У ванній також все що треба і ще чомусь на двох дорослих лише 1 халат😄 і 5 вішаків! Шафи, куди можна розкласти речі немає… Мікрохвильовки немає, гріти щось для себе чи дитини в каструльці(( Море метрів 150 від вілли, пляж великий, кілька кафе на пляжі. Вхід в море має каміння. Вода в басейні дуже холодна. Їздили 2 рази в головний готель на пляж і басейн, але за аквапарк і лежаки біля басейну треба було доплачувати…..

Question: why is there no wardrobe ? Why is there no net on the balcony door? The air conditioner smells like mold. Питання: чому немає шафи, замість вішалки ? Чому немає сітки на балконних дверях? Кондиционер смердить грибком. Страшні звуки коли вітер задуває (((
