Lovely view, average quality appartment
The magnificent view is why you book this place.
Bathroom facilities leave things to be desired (small shower that produces warm water on and off, bath tub hard to access). Beds are ok at best and will not fit 5 adults. Advertised outdoor kitchen nowhere to be found, spinning bike stowed away in the garage. Only two sunbeds available, unfortunately broken. Cleaning could have been more thorough. What you pay for is the view. Price/quality is a bit off otherwise.

Stunning views of lake garda & Sirmione, safe underground parking, spacious apartment, 3 balconies with lovely views at each balcony! Only a few minutes drive to both Rivotella & Desenzano - restaurants bars & beaches at those locations. Our host Silvia was exceptional, she was so helpful with any queries we had and was easily contactable. Check in & check out was seamless. Air con in main room and bedrooms. Washing machine.

AMAZING Apartment
we enjoyed the residence, free parking ,baby area , a friendly staff with Amalia hostess take care and give us all info we needed, amenties and a an amazing view , also a penny market was only any meters away. House was well heat . We ll definitely return in summer to spend a week in this wonderful apartment .

Schöne Woche in DESENZANO.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage, ist gut erreichbar und besticht durch Ihren Ausblick auf den Gardasee durch Ihre drei Balkone. Der grosse Hauptbalkon ist perfekt, ist den ganzen Tag im Schatten, ideal zum relaxen.
Für diese Preisklasse ist das Duschbad zu schlecht. Die Dusche ist sehr primitiv, viel zu klein und nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Deswegen 1 Punkt Abzug.

Emanuele heeft ons gastvrij opgevangen en een prima rondleiding gegeven. Een zeer goede accommodatie voor personen in een rolstoel.
Stofzuigen onder het baed was men vergeten.
