The Taxiarhaki Luxury Villa is built according to a traditional Cycladic village, on the highest spot of a hill overlooking the Paros Port, offering a unique and breathtaking views of the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea and the “Portes reefs”, the famous landmark of Paros island.
The villa radiates a sense of relaxation to the guests transferring the mind to a calm and friendly environment. The surrounding area of Taxiarhaki Luxury Villa consists of rocky fields and native vegetation. The immaculate seaview of the Aegean Sea, the sun, the moon, the summer breeze will totally indulge you.
The Villa is ideal for hosting big families and large groups of friends. It’s outdoor facilities could easily accommodate gatherings of 20-30 people. There is an endless enjoyment with the unlimited opportunities the exterior of the villa is offering.
The Taxiarhaki Luxury Villa was founded as a monastery back to the 17th Century A.C. Preserving its overwhelming and dominating sense of mystery and its long existence throughout the centuries the Estate justifies its mixture of feelings and emotions the guests of the estate can experience. The location of the estate allows its guests to combine the relaxing lifestyle of the premises with the busy life of Paros. The island has many historical and cultural treasures.
It is also the perfect choice for those who want to explore the secrets of a Cycladic island. There are some very beautiful islands not far away from Paros (Antiparos, Naxos, Mykonos, Santorini) can easily be explored by a yacht rental.
In terms of the layout, the Estate consists of four independent accommodation units (cubes) the first of which has two en suite master bedrooms, one restroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dinning room. The bedrooms, the living room and the dinning room have an amazing view of Portes reefs and the Aegean Sea.
Each of the remaining three small units is equipped with an en suite master bedroom and a living room.
There is also a double bedroom unit with en suite bathroom, inside a cave at the back of the central building.
The exterior of the estate is particular interesting. It is approximately 6.000 square meters with a two level swimming pool. In addition, the upper level of the swimming pool has a Jacuzzi installed. The amplitude of the open space enables the set-up of receptions and other social events.
Our summer 2022 addition to a premium level of entertainment for 25 seated guests is the new outdoor Home Cinema featuring a 300 inch screen, movie library, private bar and snack station.

Exceeded our expectations and turned out to be even nicer than the listing and pictures. Nikos was a great host and immediately responsive. He also has a great passion for Paros and Villa design.Definitely need to rent car(s) and be ready to navigate the narrow and steep streets. But proved to be well worth it.

This villa will NOT disappoint. It was really wonderful……beautiful, spacious, fun, well-equipped, super-host! From the pool and outdoor space to the bedrooms, sunsets and outdoor cinema, this villa is over the top. Great location to see all the Paros villages. Nikos, our host, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. And, it is an easy ferry ride to Antiparos. You must stay here when going to Paros!

Nous avons passer 10 jours dans cette propriété d’exception. Nous avons apprécié le confort, la beauté des lieux, la décoration sobre et de bon goût. Rien ne manque en cuisine. Le coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur la terrasse est somptueux. Le service de ménage quotidien effectué par Raimonda et Rania est efficace et discret.
Enfin, Nikos, notre hôte est à la hauteur de sa propriété: très réactif, soucieux du bien-être des occupants et extrêmement sympathique. Nous y retournerons!!
