Perfect location, less than 100 meters to Costa calma main beach. comfortable, wee equipped apartment with good dishwasher and washing machine. Nice little patio sitting area in shaded side of building. I think this ground floor apartment would be suitable for disabled people, except for pool which is up a few stairs. Access to small but nice pool in complex. Great restaurant nearby, as are Spar supermarket, ice cream shop and a few other bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking nearby. Interior decor is low key and tasteful. Kitchen has just about everything you need. Building was very quiet when we were there. Comfortable large couch and a proper dining table. Internet seemed fine. Overall, A++, especially on value.

Nothing much to find fault with. Bed was fine but could be newer and better I suppose. Note there is no air conditioning in the apartment, but I think that is normal in Fuertaventura unlike much of Europe these days.

-Spülmaschine bei anreise schmutzig -Eine lampe funktionierte nicht -Duschvorhang war unten braun -Das spülbecken in der küche konnte nicht zum spülen genommen werden, weil kein wasser drin blieb - wasserhahn in der küche war extremst lose - die rollos halten kaum und sind dringend austauschbedürftig - keine Tür zwischen wohn und schlafraum - kühlschrank brummte die ganze zeit, als würde er das kühlen nicht schaffen

La proximité de la plage. Un environnement calme sans bruit de voiture. Facilité de cuisiner avec tous les produits de première nécessité à portée de la main. Les randonnées autour de Costa Calma : Sotavento,Pico de Zarza,Barranca de la Penas,Morro jable.

Rien de bien important : L'extrémité de la plage avait été bien abîmée par la tempête Thérèse juste avant notre arrivée. Le mitigeur de l'évier de la cuisine était détaché de l'évier.
