Ubicación execelente, super calmo; a 300 mts del mar, entre pinos, seguro.
Habría que limpiar las juntas del yacuzzi y arreglar el bidet.

La ubicación espectacular, a 500mts del mar. La casa es realmente hermosa. El deck, aunque tiene algunas tablas flojas, es un hermoso lugar para desayunar entre una sombra de pinos, o cenar. Esta toda equipada. Con buenas sillas de playa pero no buena sombrilla.
Le falta mantenimiento en general y mucha limpieza. El jacuzzi que tiene en el baño principal no es funcional ya que la ducha esta dentro(difícil acceso). Una persona mayor no podría bañarse. NO cuenta con ropa de blanco.
