Location is great !! Easy to find. Size of room.
Quietness of garden.
Breakfast was a large disappointment for the value and impression of the accommodation.
Really need to up your game in this department, considerably.
It seemed like a cheap half hearted effort.

Very child friendly with a jungle gym and a nice lawn and the host was very friendly and allowed our daughter to jump on the trampoline too.
