A bit out of town but good proximity to waterfront right across the road. Shutter was broken so it was dark & had to have lights on during the day & it blocked the view but otherwise pleasant enough. The studio itself is well contained & good size. The main thing was it was incredibly noisy, especially in the mornings as does not have much insulation against noise so could hear everything. So sleeping in never happened. The neighbouring room guests kept knocking on the adjoining door whenever I had the TV on which was annoying so not sure I’d stay again based on noise factor alone & this issue with guests next door.
