Support staff very helpful
Big Cockroaches, small water heater which was taking too much time to get hot water. Algae in the swimming pool.

Responsiveness from staff, cleanliness, Taste & quality of home made type healthy food. Pool was warm & clean just as we wanted.
Certain room facilities could be improved, like availability of water bottles, etc. Though staff despite being limited in number did their best to cover it up.

big, clean, and spacious room with interconnected door to our adjacent room. nice big bathrooms. spacious outdoor with loads of greenery and plantations of local fruits and flowers
overall bit expensive, no mobile network coverage, Wi-Fi extremely volatile and intermittent, ACs difficult to operate and most annoying part was, that the ACs were switched off centrally by the morning. Too many mosquitoes.
