Ferienhof Ressmann is a wonderful farmstay experience, perfect for families with young children. The property offers an authentic farm atmosphere with cows, lush green surroundings, and the unique opportunity to watch cow milking early in the morning — a highlight my son absolutely loved. Fresh milk and eggs were offered upon request, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there are toys including a ride-on toy car available for young children within the property. The location is excellent — a lake is nearby, the mountains and river are within easy reach, and Ljubljana is around 1.5 hours drive away for a great day trip. The owner is warm and supportive, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable — we highly recommend it for any family looking for an authentic countryside experience.

Met onze dochter van 2 was dit ideaal. We hadden het appartementje op de begane grond en de enorme tuin met speeltoestellen en speelgoed was een grote hit, net als het dagelijkse gebeuren op de boerderij volgen. Uitzicht op de Mittagskogel prachtig. Locatie dichtbij de Faaker See maar net uit de drukte (er was een tuning event dus de ring was permanente file) was voor ons prima. Strandbad toegang is top, maar je moet er dus wel even met de auto naar toe. Grote slaapkamer, goed bed, goede WiFi, binnen altijd heerlijk koel, en een lieve gastvrouw die ook Engels spreekt.
Niets ernstigs. De serre wordt wel een beetje warm in de zon (ondanks de doeken die er hangen) en de keuken is wat laag en gedateerd, maar wel prima uitgerust. Tv kamer kan misschien nog wat comfortabeler. En je hebt de trein natuurlijk vrij dichtbij, maar wij hebben dat eigenlijk helemaal niet als storend ervaren.

Very nice hosts, very good location, peaceful.
Yoy can buy fresh Alps milk on the site.
Train station is near by, but it really did not affect our stay and we didn't experience uncomfortable noise levels as mentioned in some previous reviews.
Close distance to Gerlitzen Alps is a benefit. Skiing pleasure is 15 mins drive away.
Bathroom was quite small, freshly painted and smell of paint was really strong and uncomfortable.
