The climate, the nature and the beach. We liked the house, especially the garden and the pool.
Mosquitoes. Also, not really comfortable beds on the top floor.

Location, large pool, peaceful, great views and privacy.
A lot of farm animals in the area, that attract mosquitoes. We have now stayed in 4 villas (3 private owners, and this 1 with a company) across the island and this is the only 1 that didn’t have any mosquito protection, no nets over windows, no plug in devices. We spent over €150.00 on these devices & candles that last 90 days and left them at the property so the next guests won’t be as badly bitten.
