About this apartment rental

The residence La Vanoise is located in the heart of Val Thorens near the services offered by the resort (tourist office, French ski school ESF, bowling, parking P1), shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants, and sports center CARON.
Lively Neighbourhood.

The apartment is south facing with views of the slopes, it has a balcony with double windows.
Ski room on the ground floor

The Kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a combined oven / microwave.
The corners consist night:
- A first bedroom with a pull-out double bed (2 x 80 x 190)
- A second bedroom cabin with bunk beds (2 x 80 x 190)
Bathroom and separate toilet.

You have the possibility :

The location is very central, and absolutely ski-in-ski-out, very convenient with e.g. small children or if you wanted to do your mid-day break from the flat. Also close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Despite the local night-club being opposite, the property is very well sound-proofed, so this was no problem. The flat is typical for Val Thorens; compact but with some foresight and discipline comfortable for 4 people. The flat is well equipped, with coffee make, toaster, dish-washer. Perhaps a few more general purpose cleaning utensils/bathroom cleaner would not have hurt. There are lockers for skis, but these are not suitable for keeping the ski-boots overnight. As he flat is on the first floor, loading and unloading is well doable, despite the lifts, although stressful due to the scarseness of even temporary parking outside at peak arrival/departure hours. If you can, get parking in P1. The flat is functionally furnished. We had an enjoyable stay, and the Immobilier agency was able to accommodate our late arrival due to traffic on the way. The communication with the owners was good and responsive. I'd stay here again.

The property has a great location and everything you need for a small family to enjoy a week on the slopes. It is small and there is very little privacy (bedrooms don't have doors!) and it can get quite noisy from the bars nearby, but we had a great holiday.

Apartment was cheap and for the price paid it was good, Id prefer more expensive and nicer but little was still available when we booked. Biggest issue was that it was utterly freezing when we arrived and took a full 24 hours to warm up (with wall heaters) but even after24hours the underfloor heating was on about 10degrees Celsius and stayed cold all week. We were told the floor heat is not per-apartment but for the whole building...but floor heat should always heat the whole place properly and no other heaters should be needed – that’s the point of underfloor heating!! We should not be told to wear shoes inside so we don't get cold feet!! Also WiFi was advertised as included THEN we are told in an emails (after we had booked and paid) that its 10 euros, and then but when we arrived there was no 10euros (Neptune) option and we had to pay 39euros for Wi-Fi that barely worked (our phones had far better internet). We had to rent linen - we did miss this it he original listing (my oversight) but they should have reminded us as we then had no linen or towels on our first night (we arrived late). Owner was quick to reply to emails but only in French so i could only translate them when in the apartment (on laptop) as its too hard on my phone to do that when out skiing... It's a small apartment that would be really good if the floor was warm.

Des désagréments à notre arrivée mais une propriétaire très réactive.Logement au pied des pistes ,avec de nombreuses animations mais de ce fait très bruyant,même avec le double vitrage fermé on profite de l animation nocturne.

Séjour idéal, appartement à côté de tout. Il faut approximativement 1 min porte à porte pour aller à la galerie Caron, au bowling ou sur les pistes. Aucun soucis de nuisance sonore avec le double vitrage. L’appartement est bien agencé, rien à redire. Séjour au top !

ce petit appartement est extrêmement bien situé dans Val Thorens !!! il est propre et agréable. Plus de problème de bruit grâce au vitrage posé en supplément. mon fils veut y retourner l'année prochaine et pas ailleurs !!! merci à Nathalie qui nous a permis de profiter de son appartement. un micro onde et le wifi serait vraiment un plus

Appartement et emplacement au top, propriétaires conciliants et à l'écoute, je suis ravie de ce séjour! Beaucoup de neige et d'ambiance dans la station. Contrairement aux remarques précédentes je n'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit dehors, je pense que cela est dû aux travaux qui ont apparemment été réalisés. Je conseille vivement !

Excellent weekend passé à Val Thorens ! L'appartement est vraiment au pied des pistes. Un local à ski est disponible au rez-de-chaussée et le logement est hyper fonctionnel ! Que du bon pour cet appartement et surtout une propriétaire à l'écoute de ces hôtes. Si je dois revenir sur Val Thorens, sans hésiter je reviens ici :)
