All good, we like the location, easy contact with stuff, easy access
Some details can be improved, (no single bottle of water, stay for one week - dishwasher and washing machine 2 inserts only, 1 roll of toilet paper

Kitchen very well equipped, safe family oriented area, lift in the building, washing machine, dishwasher, Hoover, high chair, drying rack, plastic bath for babies, iron and mini board, mop, broom even weaning bibs for kids. An access to safety deposit box for your valuables. Local grocery shops just in front of the entrance gate. Seriously BRILLIANT!!! Not to far to the seaside.
Just small suggestions :o) The sofa bed and breakfast stools in need of refreshing, some chest of drawers or dressing table in the bedroom could be beneficial. The outside balcony table and chairs for the morning coffee would be great to have.

perfect place for weekend getaway
the host was very flexible. keys easily accessible even if host wasn't around. flat is very nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped, rooms clean enough. the flat (108) is very modern, lots of storage for whatever necessary (even washing machine and ironing board). the building itself was recently built, clean, well taken care of, in a semi-posh area, with security gate and closed parking (though outdoors), which gives a sense of security.
room was not spotless clean, and there was some noise coming (from outside: airplanes and residents, from inside: heating system is a biy noisy, fans in the house a bit loud). none of the noises was too intrusive. i wouldn't have minded more towels (at least 1 more for the bathroom floor).

Lo spazio tra parete e letto era strettissimo, alla faccia del ROYAL. Fastidiosa esposizione di cartelli con continui disclaimer e richiami alla responsabilità e all'osservanza delle regole da parte del cliente, creavano un'atmosfera opprimente. Nei dintorni c'erano pochi negozi.
