A Superb short New Year break shared with family

The location is superb, ease of private parking, rooms immaculate, some nice touches including fresh flowers, beds & bedding top quality, spotlessly clean en-suites, spacious lounge. In short, nothing I can think of which made it a less than enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Apartment was very comfortable for 6 of us. Parking for 2 cars, 5 minute walk into town and beautiful sea views. This was our 2nd trip here which says it all! The owner was very helpful and we very much appreciated having milk in the fridge when we arrived with tea, coffee and sugar available.

Wifi was a bit patchy but that's not unusual in Cornwall. I just used mobile data instead when I couldn't get it to connect.

Stunning house with the best views in Newquay.

Spectacular views from the windows and terrace that are the best in Newquay. Nice and peaceful yet within a short walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants and right on the coastal path. Seaview house is absolute lovely, comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you need. Extremely dog friendly with beautiful walks along the coastal path and on beaches. Annabelle is a wonderful host and we are looking forward to returning this was our second visit, first time staying in Seaview apartment which is the same high standard. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

One of the best places to stay in Newquay (and we have stayed in many of them)

A last minute find for myself & my wife. Perfect in every respect…stunning sea & harbour view, well equipped, spacious apartment. We didn’t need them but having two en-suites and a separate bathroom meant even if 3 couple were going you could all have your own facilities. Highly recommend. The master bedroom would be a proper bun-fight as to who would get it though!

Lovely appointed property, beautiful views, short walk into town

The property was absolutely lovely, we were working away so just what we needed, there was plenty of space and really like the 3 bathrooms, there seemed to be everything that one would need, we were not in the property much each day, as 7am start late finish. The master bedroom bed, was so comfortable, the bedding was lovely and clean and fresh.

1.The WIFI,,,, the property did not have its own WIFI, but piggy backed off the owners downstairs broadband, we were on business so Wi-Fi was essential and was one of the main reasons for booking this property, the owner suggested that we use our own mobile connections which was not ideal in a working situation, the owner also suggesting at 10pm at night that I could use her internet downstairs in her conservatory, that's not what I had bargained on as, I needed to discuss topics with my team in the property that we were booked into. 2. Cleanliness,, it was not spotless, there were cobwebs, there was old food in the pans. there was body hair in the shower room. 3.The owner coming into our paid for property!

Lovely apartment with stunning views, shame about the cheap mattress upstairs.

The view the layout of the apartment and the location were all excellent.

The main bedroom upstairs was fabulous and the view just breathtaking, what a shame that the bed was such awful quality. The mattress really needs to be updated as we had to use the bedroom downstairs, such a shame and a let down to the holiday!!
