About this apartment rental
Renovated duplex, bright, ideally located 30m from the beach Merlimont and 2 minutes from all trade, upstairs of a small house with 2 apartments.
At the 1st level:
-lighted living room including a daybed, a TNT TV and coffee table. Gives directly to a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. You will have your meals on a round table with elongated as needed if 6 people.
- Small fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer compartment, microwave oven, gas hob and electric cooker, hood, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
- A bathroom including a bath with shower head and hand shower, a washbasin with mirror, and a washing machine.
-a separate toilet.
2nd level:
-3 bedrooms with side sea view. They all have a bed 2 places (140x190): new bedding.
Shared courtyard to share with the roommate.
Amount due upon arrival:
deposit refundable within 1 week: 600 €
cleaning fee of 50 €
rental option sheets, towels, tea towels: 20 € / room
Our animal friends are not accepted.
