The staff - especially Phuc - is very friendly and efficient. The room is large, very clean and with a view on the sea. The value for the price is high.

The mattress is a bit hard, and the beach is not accessible front the hotel.

Near the main road and attractive place like fishing village

Television not working properly , don't have instant coffee or tea

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Check-in is easy and check-out is easy. The room is big.

There was no hot water and the shower bracket seemed like its never used as the shower head doesn't let you use it in place to have a decent shower. Its a big bathroom but wasted if you cant use it to have a warm or hot shower. The room has windows opening onto a common hallway which is well lit and when you go to sleep you have a lot of light coming in from that window and the glass door. There is a TV but it is high up on the wall, and seems to have no service. It wasn't tuned into anything. You cannot plug into it, so it may as well not be there. I suspect that if people were using their TVs that you would hear it in different rooms. With a room that big it would be nice if there were a reasonable size table to sit at instead of the small one that is provided.
