La ubicación
El mando no estaba sincronizado a la TV, las bisagras del sofá -cama rotas, las ventanas de las habitaciones sin persianas ni cortinas, muy poca vajilla.

La ubicación, cerca de todo lo necesario (farmacia, supermercado, bares, parque, estación, etc) y unas vistas increíbles. Sufría por la falta de aire acondicionado pero no lo habríamos necesitado, temperatura ideal.
Ruido del agua en las paredes con el vecino, ensordecedor. Cocina vieja (melamina podrida) y no funciona la campana extractora. No había platos hondos. Las camas son superblandas y el somier hace demasiado ruido cuando te mueves. Éramos 7 personas para dos camas dobles, una individual y un sofá cama. Habríamos necesitado otra cama individual para estar más cómodos. Por ejemplo, en la habitación individual podrían poner una litera. En definitiva, por su enclave y tamaño tendría muchas posibilidades pero hace falta una inversión.
