Apartment Nicol

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, pulito e con un arredamento moderno. Finalmente una TV e un WiFi funzionanti. Un giardino grande e molto funzionale, con un tavolo esterno e struttura stendibiancheria comodissima. Gentilissimi i signori che gestiscono gli appartamenti, credo padre e figlio Sasha. Consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia con sabbia bianca, ma il tragitto è in forte pendenza e con molti scalini. Noi ci siamo divertiti a scendere e risalire, ma devo ammettere che non è per tutti.

Nagyon szép, tiszta és kényelmes szállás. A konyha felszereltsége is megfelelő volt. Van elektromos és gáztűzhely is. Az ágyak nagyok és kényelmesek. A fürdőszoba kellően tágas, teljesen korrekt zuhannyal van ellátva. Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Sajnos a helyi természeti adottság miatt domboldalon van, ezért egy kicsit sokat kell lépcsőzni. A felüljáró út forgalma egy kicsit behallatszik.

The apartment is situated some steep hill up such as mostly everywhere in Croatia since you do not book a coastline accommodation. The main entrance is on a street level with a free car park just few steps away. It contains of a hall, a large living room with dining area, 2 rooms, 2 balconies - one has a great sea view and dining area, a kitchen and 2 fabulous bathrooms that was really comfortable for a family of four. Apartment is super clean and generally new refurbished and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped with large American style fridge with freezer. Living room is air-conditioned. Owners are nice people, they prepared a gift for us. We will definitely come back again.

We spent 10 days in apartment. I missed some cleaning equipment for floor, I mean wet cleaning. Also missing diswasher and washing machine/dryer would make this apartment absolutely gorgeous. Some additional lighting or bedside lamps would be perfect too.

It was a short contact with the owners. Easy text conversation when we would arrive. Gave us the keys and everything was fine. Apartment was clean and with simple furnitures but exceeded expectations.

To explain there’s a light switch for the (shower) boiler.
