I enjoyed the buscuits and the tea and coffee. The air conditioning was very good on the hot days.
It was difficult to use the skeleton keys at the front desk door and I couldn't find the front desk upstairs when I arrived in Lisbon.

Literally everything was perfect the staff the coziness the train n stores nearby
Stairs didn’t have sufficient lighting bit dangerous

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Welcoming snacks as well as coffee. It barely felt like a hostel experience. The location is very central and in a quiet area. I was very positively surprised and will definitely come back given the chance!
