I had copped a little bit of food poisoning before I arrived in Chang Mai so this was the perfect place to recuperate for a few days. Mostly quiet, peaceful and very comfortable.
John and Jae could not have been kinder and more welcoming hosts.
My bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Excellent location in the old city with lots of café bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
My room was kept clean and fresh water was provided every day.
Good aircon .
Not the host’s fault, but there was some heavy construction going on for a couple of days next door, which was a little bit noisy.
The bathroom was a wet room which meant that the floor remained wet and a little bit slippery after each shower and also the toilet got wet. Just a personal preference but I would’ve preferred a regular shower cubicle.
Breakfast was slightly limited to eggs, toast and pancakes. But as I said, I had some tummy problems so I wasn’t eating very much anyway!

It's pretty cozy, the location is great. Restaurants, ATMs, night markets, and temples were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
The beds were a little hard for us but nothing to complain about

Such great value for money and amazing hosts! They even made me breakfast to take on my early morning bus ride. Great location and bed is also really comfy!
